Security tip for the week: Account Ownership Policy

To play at Ultimate Bet, you will need to first register for an account (”Account”) by choosing a unique USER ID and password and entering other information such as your first and last name, address, email address, birth date, telephone number, answer to the security question. Account cannot be registered under a Company, Association, institution or entity name, should you fail to abide by this rule, Ultimate Bet will be exempt from any responsibility if anything occurred to your account, and it will also lead to its immediate deactivation. You agree to provide only true and current information and you further agree to update this information as necessary to keep it true and current. By registering at Ultimate Bet, you will be able to access both play money games and tournaments (”Play Money Games”) and real money games and tournaments (”Real Money Games”), collectively the Ultimate Bet games (”Games”).

As it is stated in our User Agreement, you agree that you are solely responsible for all use of Ultimate Bet software through your Player ID and Password. You are obliged to keep your Player ID and Password secret and confidential. Any unauthorized use of the Player ID or Password shall be the sole responsibility of you and be deemed as your use. Any liability there from shall be that of you. You have the absolute obligation to notify in writing the Server or Client Server in case you discover the unlawful or unauthorized use of your player ID and Password. Any liabilities arising prior to the written notice shall be the sole responsibility of you. To maintain a high level of security, Company reserves the right to conduct a security review at any time to validate your identity, verify your financial transactions, and further document your consent to this Agreement. To facilitate these security checks, you agree to provide such identification or other information or documentation as the Company, in its unfettered discretion, deems necessary. If you fail to comply with any security request, Company reserves the right to void your Account. You will be notified of such verification request by electronic mail and Account Balances will be forfeited if you do not sign and return any required affidavit of identity and eligibility, release of liability and/or publicity authorization.

Please keep in mind that all of these security measures are taken in order to protect our players from potential fraud, cheating, or any type of abuse.
