Railbird Chat Policy Update
Friday, May 1, 2009 - Customer Service
Ultimate Bet we always take into account our customer’s feedback whenever we make updates, for this reason we have changed our “railbird” chat policies, which is for anyone watching but not playing a game or tourney.
The new chat policy have the following restrictions:
- You must have enough in your account to sit at the table.
- Chats do not allow text to be pasted in the chat window and does not allow HTML links to be posted.
- On fun chip tables, only the seated players will be able to use the chat feature, observers will be blocked.
These restrictions will help to eliminate spamming and unwanted phishing.
We are certain that in time all our customers will notice how this change helps create a better environment for the players involved in the game.
