1-Click Reload is a fast and convenient method that allows you to fund your Ultimate Bet account instantly using your preferred credit card.
Enable 1-Click Reload by selecting Options in the Cashier.
Select your preferred credit card you would like to be associated with 1-Click Reload and input your desired default amount you would like to deposit when you use this feature.
1-Click Reload will now be accessible via the table or via the Buy Chips screen. (Please note it is currently only available to customers whose preferred deposit method is Credit Card and can only be accessed via Ring Game tables).
Deposit funds quickly be clicking the 1-Click Reload button. Simply input your 3-digit CCV number and you’re good to go. No need to revisit the Cashier each time you want to reload on the table!

Money Gram transactions are safe and can be confirmed in a little less than hour.
When you make a deposit using Money Gram our system will provide you with the required Money Gram Instructions that include Receiver’s name, location and trace ID. You can get this information directly from the Cashier/My account area, under the Money Gram deposit option.
Once you have this information available you only need to find the nearest Money Gram office and request an International Money Transfer to be made.
You will be given a Money Gram form where you will submit the Receiver’s name, the amount and the intended country.
If the country you are sending money to is available for pickup in multiple currencies, you will be prompted to select your preferred currency. In this case just choose $US and enter the Receiver’s information.
Once your transfer is made, on your receipt, there will be a Reference Number. Please call us with the Reference Number or submit it yourself on the Ultimate Bet Cashier page with the Trace ID.
Your deposit will be confirmed and the funds automatically placed in your Ultimate Bet poker account.

Our Product Development team is constantly looking at ways to improve your experience, and we draw on great shopping sites such as iTunes and Amazon.com for inspiration on usability and best practice.
Rest assured that your financial details are as secure as ever. You will still need to log into your account to make any deposits, and you will need to produce another identifying number in order to use your stored credit card number (example 3-digit CCV #).

If you would like to know the time it takes to receive the funds through the most popular withdrawal methods, maybe you may be interested to know that using check by mail takes within 3 to 17 business days and it only costs $8.00. However, if you wish to receive the funds faster using a check, probably you should consider using express courier. It only takes 3 to 5 business days, and costs $25.00.
But, if you are really in a hurry, and would like the funds deposited as soon as possible, maybe you should consider an e-wallet. As soon as it is processed the funds become available, which means the maximum time to wait is 48 hours. And something really important is that, we do not charge any type of fee for these methods.

If you’ve waited more than 10 days for a regular mail check, or more than 5 days for a courier check, contact payments@ultimatebet.com in order to review your check status. If the check is past the standard timeframe, a stop payment will be requested, and a new check will be sent to your registered address. Please note that the check will be sent using the same method as your previous check. Keep in mind that there is a $42.00 fee for any stop payment, which will be covered by us if the problem came from our end.
