Still waiting for your check? If you’ve waited more than 10 days for a regular mail check, or more than 5 days for a courier check, contact payments@ultimatebet.com in order to review your check status. If the check is past the standard timeframe, a stop payment will be requested, and a new check will be sent to your registered address. Please note that the check will be sent using the same method as your previous check. Keep in mind that there is a $42.00 fee for any stop payment, which will be covered by us if the problem came from our end.
