WOW… another week of celebrity apprentice.
Annie Duke is holding strong to the very end.
I can’t wait to see the final episode this Sunday with her going head to head with Rivers.
The rake race is really picking up and players are starting to fight for positions. With $500k up for grabs to all UB players I’m not surprised. Not to mention that there is a $30k free-roll for the top 1,000 places.
WSOP this year is going to be incredible. Look out for Phil’s entrance this year, it will be the biggest yet. Don’t forget, on June 29th Phil will be having his massive party at MGM’s Studio 54 where we celebrate Ultimate Bet’s 10th year anniversary. It’s amazing to see that Ultimate Bet has been one of the longest running poker rooms in the world.

Congratulations to the Bad Beat Jackpot winner DOOSA777 who took home $161,837.59 of the $487,169.53 Bad Beat Jackpot. She hit the jackpot on Saturday April 4th at 18:20ET. Lightning really did strike twice for DOOSA777 as she recorded her second Bad Beat Jackpot win in as many months, taking her total Bad Beat Jackpot winnings to $263,794.56.
We love it when the Bad Beat Jackpot gets hit. We celebrate taking part in helping our players make A LOT of money. Often times we hear stories of our Bad Beat Jackpot winners and how their winnings have allowed them to make significant and positive changes in their lives. We’ve had players who’ve been able to pay off their mortgages, pay for their children’s schooling and otherwise get out of debt. Having a player win TWICE like DOOSA777 further shows that the Bad Beat Jackpot is very real, and that each and every player in the Cereus network truly has a shot at taking it down. We look forward to more of your amazing stories about how the Bad Beat Jackpot has changed your lives, and wish each and every one you the best in your quest to hit some massive pots.

In order to fully comply with the Franklin County (Kentucky) Circuit Court’s recent orders, Ultimate Bet is restricting access to Kentucky state residents.
In complying with the Court’s orders, UB has agreed to implement an IP Block on UltimateBet websites (both .net and .com), plus utlimatebet.tv. The Block will prevent players with IP addresses originating inside the Commonwealth of Kentucky from playing using UB software, logging in or registering a new account, making deposits to the cashier, and transferring or receiving funds from other players. The IP Block will allow players with IP addresses originating in Kentucky to make withdrawals of existing account funds, but these players will not be able to make any new deposits or transfers.
This action has taken place in order to ensure that the vast number of UB customers, who do not reside in Kentucky, continue to have access and to enjoy playing online poker without disruption or inconvenience.
